The Congregation first gained fame when in 2000 they headlined at The Rampage On The River, a Three Day Open Air Festival in upstate New York. Led by frontman Evil Dick, who had been previously trapped behind a drum kit, the band has relentlessly toured the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania Tri-State area to rave reviews from audiences and club owners everywhere they have performed.
